Our new, improved My Tenancy portal on our website is an easy way to keep in touch with everything in your tenancy account.
You can access from the homepage of our website and if haven’t used the it before you can easily register there and then online. Once you are in you can see a dashboard that has all the up to date information about your recent transactions and account charges, you can print a statement and make a payment.
You can also report a new repair and upload photos, keep track of your repair history and leave feedback, see when your next few inspections scheduled and see all the documents associated with your account.
Operations Director Belinda Eastland said: “We’ve taken feedback on board and made the My Tenancy portal easier to use with more relevant information available. Our staff are always available to answer queries but the portal makes getting answers quicker.”
