Steve Warran MCIH

Steve Warran is the Chief Executive of White Horse Housing Association and joined the Association in July 2014.

Steve has worked in housing for over 25 years.  He has knowledge and experience of both the housing association and local authority sectors.  Over the past 12 years he has held a number of senior management positions including Head of Housing for Penwith Housing Association in Cornwall, Head of Housing Services at Exeter City Council and Head of Home Improvement for Aster Living.  He is passionate about the provision of affordable housing in rural communities and the need to continually strive to make a difference to people's lives.
