Asset Management Director
Full time (37 hours per week), hybrid working. Salary circa £70k plus benefits
We recruiting for an Asset Management Director with a proven track record within the housing sector.
The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and operational management to our asset management team, developing and delivering our asset management strategy to ensure the provision of high quality, energy efficient and sustainable homes.
The succesful candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational management of our planned and day to day maintenance and voids services, ensuring value for money and excellent customer services.
They will report directly to the chief executive and our board, and work collaboratively with the Operations and Finance directors. As a member of the senior management team, they will contribute directly to our wider corporate strategy, business planning and growth and managing our strategic risks.
Benefits include: Competitive salary, casual car user allowance, 25 days annual holiday and contributory pension scheme. Hybrid working is available and at our offices at Box House.
